Sophia Deluz-Bhan

Sophia Deluz-Bhan is Co-founder & COO of Search Atlas Group, a portfolio of AI-powered search marketing companies including Search Atlas, LinkGraph, and Signal Genesys. Since joining as co-founder in 2019, Sophia has scaled the business from $2M to over $30M in annual recurring revenue and grown the team to 250+ employees.

She spearheaded the acquisition and integration of Signal Genesys, a press release distribution platform, and led the go-to-market strategy for OTTO SEO, the company's flagship AI product that launched in 2024. LinkGraph, the group's enterprise implementation agency, serves major brands including Roto-Rooter, Shutterfly, and Serena & Lily. Search Atlas was recognized as the Best Global SEO Software, cementing the company's position in the competitive search marketing space.

Prior to co-founding Search Atlas Group, Sophia worked in animal rights non-profits—a passion she continues through Paz Sanctuary, the farm animal rescue she runs with her husband Manick (Founder CEO/CTO of Search Atlas Group) across their properties in Miami and Medellín. The sanctuary is home to 28 rescued animals including horses, cows, donkeys, sheep, and various smaller animals. A graduate of NYU where she studied Media, Sophia balances scaling a high-growth tech company with motherhood to three-year-old Ruby and hands-on animal rescue work.
